Fees

I welcome the opportunity to be a part of your healing and change journey. Giving yourself permission to embark on your counseling journey can be the catalyst for transformation in your life. When considering the costs, kindly keep in mind the benefit of a sound peace of mind and spirit.

Counseling Fees

The initial 60 minute session is $175 and ongoing 50 minute sessions thereafter are $150 for individual counseling and marriage/family counseling.

Counseling fees for Sports and Performance Counseling services are determined by athletes, coaches, and sport teams individual and group needs.

Insurance

Full payment is expected at each session. Counseling With Intention works with insurance companies as an out-of-network provider. A completed Superbill will be given to you upon request to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Please Note: If you are using insurance, your insurance company may be given information about your diagnosis, cost, and dates. I understand and agree that I will be charged the full fee for a missed appointment or if I cancel an appointment with less than 24 hour notice.

Many of my clients who seek reimbursement do receive a portion back; however, as every policy is different, please contact your insurance company with questions regarding your specific coverage.

Good Faith Estimate

The "No Surprises Act" under the federal section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act provides clients with the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical, including mental health, care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including mental health counseling/psychotherapy services.

Clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy and mental health counseling services.

Clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate upon request or when you schedule services with Counseling With Intention.
